Privacy Policy
PureLab Clinic collects only what's needed to fulfill your order and manage subscriptions — name, contact details, and shipping address. We never sell your data. Payment details are handled securely by our payment provider and never stored on our servers. Your skin data from the quiz is used only to recommend products.
Refund Policy
Unopened serums may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it. Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled anytime from your account.
Patch Test Guidance
Before using any new serum, perform a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin (inner arm or behind ear). If redness, itching, or irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. All our formulas are hypoallergenic and fragrance-free, but individual sensitivities vary.
Shipping Policy
